2、作用，但相比之下，高校的课外体育锻炼仍处于缺乏有效管理的失控状态。所以，如何使大学生自觉地参与课余体育锻炼，如何使得大学生课外体育锻炼的组织管理更加合理有效，是摆在我们面前迫切需要解决的问题。本文采用文献资料和问卷调查等方法：对成都市大学生课外体育锻炼现状进行调查研究，旨在全面了解成都市高校课外体育锻炼的开展现状，找出存在的问题，分析影响成都市普通高校课外体育锻炼有效组织的原因，以便为成都高校体育决策部门组织和管理大学生课外体育锻炼工作提供依据，为推动高校体育深化改革提供经验借鉴和理论依据。关键词：成都市；普通高校：课外体育锻炼；现状；对策西南交通大
