3、lydisordereddevelopingprocess．Thiskindofviciouscircleresultedfromexternalcauseswhichincludedmacroeconomyfluctuationandfinanceregime’sevolution．aswellasinternalreasonswhichinvolvedChinesetrustcompanies’lackofproperbusinessorientation．WiththepromulgationofPRCTrustlawin2001，whichestablishedanall-rou

4、ndframeworkofthisspecificsector，Chinesetrustcompanieshavestartedtotakeonthehealthyandupwardtrend．Arecentsurveyshowsthatbytheendof2006，59trustcompanieshadbeenapprovedtobere—registeredandhadacquirednewlicenses．withtotalassetsamountingtoRMB￥300billionandtotalworkforceexceeding4thousand．Thetotalnetpr
