2、low/controlledreleasefertilizersintheworldallhavethedisadvantagesofusingalotofpoisonoussolvents,poorbiodegradationofthecoating,badabrasionresistanceandimpactresistancepropertiesandhighcostatpresent.Thesedisadvantageshaveaffectedbadlytheapplicationsofslow/controlledreleasefertilizers.Inthi

3、spaper,thetungoilfromnaturalproductwasusedforthemainoriginalmaterialandwassynthesizedthemodifiedtungoil(MTO)resinwhichhaslargemolecularweightandviscositybychemicalmethod;thecuringoftheMTOresinwasstudiedbyheatormicrowave,andthebestcuringprocessandconditionswerefound;thedissolutionpropertie

4、sofmembraneswereanalyzedindistilledwaterandacetonebySoxhletapparatus;thereactivecoatingartofMTOresinbeingonthefertilizergranulesWaSresearchedintherotarycoatingdrumandthebestcoatingartwasfound;aseriesofthecoatedfertilizerswhichhavedifferentcoatingrateandcoatingstructurewereprepared,thenthe

5、coatedfertilizersweretreatedbythemethodofheatormicrowave;thecoatedureas’releaseproperties,abrasionresistanceandimpactresistancepropertieswereevaluatedbythemethodsofsoakandleaching,andthefactorsaffectingthecoatedureas’releaseproperties,abrasionresistanceandimpactresistanceproperties,forexa

6、mple,coatingart,coatingrate,coatingstructureandfillersetc,werefound;thereleaserulesofseveralkindstypicalofthecoatedureasweresimulatedwithmathematicalformulas,andbaseonthis,thereleasemechanismsofthecoatedUl'easwerediscussedsimply;themicrostructureoftheMTOresinandtheexteriorshapeofthecoated

7、ureaswerestudiedbyFTIRandSEMrespectively.Thefollowingconclusionsweredrawninthispaper.Thecoatingthicknessofthecoatedurea-MTOresinisullifornl,80~150lZⅡ1’andpHofthecoatedureais5.4.TakethesampleF5—6.4(t2)forexample,thecoatingrateis14.3%,ureadissolutionDercentislessthan9
