3、elementsofthehistoricFrenchConcessionDistrictwithcontemporaryArchitecture.Treelinedstreetswouldshadecontemporarybuildingstyles.Thedevelopmentshouldseekoutexpressivetowerstositalongtheviewcorridors.Thisplanpromotesacontemporaryaestheticofahistoricidealwhileallowingforg
