2、andoptimized,whichusedinthetworeheatingfurnacesofPangang1450Hot—stripMill.ThefurnaceautomaticcombustioncontrolmodelwassuccessfullyappliedinthecontrolsystemofreheatingfumaceofPangangGroup,andbecomeatypicalcaseforotherironandsteelWOrks.Therearetwopartsinthisstudy.Thedevelopmentofthefurnaceau

3、tomaticcontrolmodelsystemwasinducedinthefirstpart,andtheoptimizationmethodofthemodelwasinvestigatedinthesecondpart.ThedevelopmentofthemodelwasthecooperationoutcomebetweenthePanggangGroupandChongqingIronandSteelDesigningInstitute.Inthispaper,theprocessesandthemathematicsmodelofreheatingfuma

4、cewasthemainaspectofstudy.Thisfurnaceautomaticcombustioncontrolmodeliscomposedoffivemoduels,suchaschargemoduel,rechargemodule,diapausemodule,cyclemoduleanddatafiling—upmodule.Theoptimizationofthemodelhasbeencarriedoutbyindustrialtestingandthesetupofoff-linemodel.Inonehand,theactualtemperat

5、eofslabwasmeasuredbyblack—boxtesting,andcomparedwiththecalculationresultsofmodelcomputation.Asaresult,theaccuracyofthemodelcomputationhasbeenvalidated,andtheinappropriationofthedistributionofheatloadandthetemperaturedifferencebetweentheinteriorandouteriorsideoftheslabcouldbefound.Intheothe

6、rhand,anoff-linemodelofthereheatingfurnacehasbeenset叩andvalidatedbyoff-linesimulatingmethod.Atthesametime,incombinationwiththeindustrialtesting,theverificationandoptimizationofthechargetemperaturecalculationandmodelparameters,andtheoptimizationoftheselfstudymodelofdischargetemperaturemodul

7、eandpre·rollingmodelhavebeencompleted.Theresultsshowedthatthemodelwasmnninginanaccuratestatethoughtheoptimization.Thiscontrolmodelsystemoftherollingreheatingfurnacehasbeenbuiltupandappliedinactualproduction.Theapplicationratiohasbeenreached100%innormalproducti
