1、桥梁建设2014年第44卷第6期(总第229期)BridgeConstruction,Vo1.44,No.6,2014(TotallyNo.229)117文章编号:1003—4722(2014)06—0117—05大纵坡、小半径曲线钢箱梁支座脱空处理兰振波,李敏娜(林同楼国际工程咨询(中国)有限公司,重庆401121)摘要:重庆市南岸区黄桷湾立交M匝道第2联(MP4~MP6号墩)跨径为(22+27)m,其设计半径为50m,纵坡5.49/6,横坡6,采用预制钢箱梁结构,整体吊装施工。在整体吊装就位后发现MP4号及MP6号墩的内侧支座均出现脱空,为保证桥梁后期的安全运营,进行支座
2、脱空处理。通过分析可知支座脱空原因是在加工时,未考虑钢箱梁的空间扭曲状态,仅在一个水平面内加工制作。根据支座脱空原因及钢箱梁的实际形状,采用通过整体旋转钢箱梁,重新确定各支座的标高,使其支反力值均满足设计要求的方案进行支座脱空处理。采用同步项升技术施工,使各支座均落实,达到预期处理的目的。关键词:立交桥;钢箱梁;支座;结构线形;支座反力;同步顶升;支座脱空处理;桥梁维修中图分类号:U448.17;U445.71文献标志码:AHandlingofBearingDisengagementfromaCurvedSteelBoxGirderwithHeavyLongitudinalS
