1、≯4.1m超大直径厚壁钢护筒制作王富颉,谢研,江锡华41文章编号:10034722(2010)S1—0041—03.1nl超大直径厚壁钢护简制作王富颉,谢研,江锡华(1.嘉绍跨江大桥工程建设指挥部,浙江海宁314415;2.中铁大桥局嘉绍跨江大桥项目经理部,浙江海宁314415)摘要:嘉绍跨江大桥北岸水中区引桥采用内径4.1m的钢护筒作为钻孔灌注桩施工结构,同时兼作墩身施工围水、混凝土防冲蚀及防船撞消能结构。钢护筒分为14m、14.5m、17m三节,单桩钢护筒重达134t。钢护筒制作工艺流程如下:下料开坡口一卷制单节钢护筒一单节钢护筒纵缝焊接一单节钢护筒组拼吊装节一吊装节环向内缝焊接一环向外缝
