3、ThissourceisthelargestandheaviestallpermanentmagnetECRISintheworld.Themaximummirror eldis1.28T(withoutironplug)andthee ectiveplasmachambervolumeisaslargeas67mm255mm.Itwasdesignedtobeoperatedat14.5GHzandaimedtoproducemediumchargestateandhighchargestategaseousandalsometallicionbeams.Thesourcehasa

4、lreadysuccessfullydeliveredsomeintensegaseousionbeamstosuccessiveexperimentalterminals.ThispaperwillgiveabriefoverviewofthebasicfeaturesofthispermanentmagnetECRIS.Thencommissioningresultsofthissourceontheplatform,thedesignoftheextractionsystemtogetherwiththesuccessiveLEBTsystemwillbepresented.Key
