1、广西师范大学硕士学位论文量子点荧光探针在毛细管电泳荧光检测中的应用初探及几种生物活性物质的检测姓名:甘杰申请学位级别:硕士专业:分析化学指导教师:赵书林20080501广西师范大学硕士学位论文应用于人血清中IgG含量的测定,不需要进行前期处理,具有简单、高效、灵敏度高、经济选择性好等特点。3.应用CE光导纤维LED诱导荧光检测装置,建立了同时测定肾上腺素(EP)和多巴胺(DA)的方法。采用胶束电动色谱分离模式,通过优化分离电压、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)浓度、背景电解质浓度和pH等影响因素,确定了最佳实验条件,在该条件下,EP和

5、ethods,however,someweaknessesofthelaser,suchasthebulkyvolume,expensivecost,limitofalternativeexcitationwavelengthandsoon,restrictitsdevelopmentandapplication.Usingthehigh-powerlight-emittingdiodes(LED)asexcitationsourcesoffluorescencedetectioncanrapidlyreducethecost
6、andthevolumeofdetection,soastopromotethedevelopmentandapplicationofCEwithopticalfiberLEDinducedfluorescence.Quantumdotisanewfluorescentprobeswhichdevelopsinrecentyears.Comparedtoconventionalorganicfluorescentdyes,QDsappeartotheuniquespectralproperties,suchaswideabso
