1、题目:汽车磨合试验台设计二○○九年十月摘要汽车磨合台是随着汽车工业技术的发展产生的一种新颖突破传统的设备设施.它固定在室内,以连续滚动的滚筒代替汽车实际行驶时的路面,近似的模拟汽车实际行驶过程来对汽车传动部件进行磨合,以使汽车尽快达到最佳性能状态。由于磨合试验台具有迅速、准确、安全、经济、不受外界自然条件的限制以及试验重复性好等优点,同时减少了新车上路磨合的时间,因而以成为发展的方向,并在国内外得到了广泛的应用。通过对多个方案的设计计算比较,本文采用了机、电、液一体化的设计方案,选择了磨合台滚筒,利用CAD设计软件设计了磨合台的机械部分,对关键部件进行了强度校核,并完成了液压控制系统
