3、管理作为学校管理的基础面临着严峻的挑战。我们清醒地认识到,小学班级管理面临诸多问题:管理目标片面、管理内容缺乏系统性、管理方式缺乏科学性。面对以上问题提出成因分析:应试教育的影响、班主任教育观念滞后、班级管理工作评价体系不完善。通过成因分析提出优化小学班级管理质量的对策:注重素质教育、转变教育管理观念、完善班级管理工作评价体系。关键词问题及对策班级管理小学IAbstractAbstractTheschoolistheimplementationofqualityeducationinprimaryposition,classisthebasi
