2、RINGPROJECTABSTRACTForthebigvalueandthelongcycleofLarge-scaleEquipmentManufacturingProject,manyunexpectedfactorarethereduringtheentirelifecycleofsuchproject.Invariousstagesoftheprojectprogress,wearefacingkindsofriskinevitably.Theriskwillimpacttheperformanceoftheproject,causedeteri

3、orationinprojectprofitandevencauseprojectlosemoney.Intheworsecase,itwillbringthelargeamountlossandcauseseriouscrisistothecompanyiftheriskdoesnotguardagainstwell.Therefore,itisvitalsignificancetoimplementprojectriskmanagementinLarge-scaleEquipmentmanufacturingProject.Theconditionis

4、differenceinChinafromthedevelopedcountry.TheimplementationofProjectManagementonLarge-scaleEquipmentManufacturingProjectwasjuststartedinourcountry,andtheprojectriskmanagementisintheresearchstage.Theriskwasundertakenmainlybythecountryintheplannedeconomytime,therewasnotbigrelationwit
