2、ntegratedononechip,formingSOC(SystemonChip).TheSOCcanmakedifferentfunctionstogether,suchassignalsamplingandprocessing,inputandoutput,andsoon.Nowadays,thedesignofelectricalsystemischangingfromPCBleveltoASICorFPGA,whichiscalledSOPC(SystemonProgrammableChip).TheSOPCdesign,basedonIPC
3、ore,useshardwaredescriptionlanguageasmainmethodandEDAtoolsasassociatedmethod.Inthetraditionalpowersystem,thecontrolpartdependsonanalogsignal.Althoughmicro-processorsareoftenusedininvertedpowermodule,themainfunctionofmicro-processorsonlyincludeproducingsinewave,controllingtheonand
4、offstate,protectinganddisplayingbecauseofitsspeed,sotheinverter,whichisthecoreofinvertedpowerstillneedsanalogcircuittofulfill,resultinghighcost,lowprecisionandlowflexibility.ThisprojectisbasedonSOPCsystem,usingtheFPGA(CycloneII)madebyAlteraCorporationasthemaincontroller.Thefuncti
5、onsofSPWM,UART,LCDaredevelopedbythehardwaredescriptionlanguageVerilogHDL.TheNiosIIcoreusesCprogramminglanguage.Thesenewmethodsmakethewholesystemmoreflexibleandmoreeffective.Thevarious-frequencypoweriscontrollerbydigitalsignal,sohasthestrengthofhighprecisionandbetterstableness.The
