3、arization(Pr)andcoercivefield(Ec)decreasedwithincreasingtheexternalcompressivestress,whichcouldbeointerpretedintermsofiondisplacement,domainswitchingandmovementof90domainwallundertheundercombinedelectricfieldanduniaxialcompressivestress.Furthermore,asforthechangetrendsofthe

5、orphotropicphaseboundary(MPB)isanimportantceramicwhichhasbeenextensivelyusedinactuatorapplications,includingprecisionpositioning,vibrationsuppression,noisecontrol,nonvolatilememories,inkjetprinters,andactuatordevices[1].Themultilayerceramicactuatorisadevicewhichconvertsthee

6、lectricenergyintothemechanicalenergythroughthereversepiezoelectriceffects.However,becausetheactuatorsareofteninoperationunderthecombinedstressandelectricfield,PZTceramicsmustbesubjectedtoacertainmechanicalloadswhichcanalterthedielectricandpiezoelectricpropertiesoftheactuato
