1、上海交通大学硕士学位论文化学复合镀工艺研究姓名:黎黎申请学位级别:硕士专业:材料学指导教师:陈秋龙20070201耐磨性能最好,并且热处理后复合镀层硬度提高一倍,镀层的摩擦系数和耐磨性能进一步提高。采用划痕仪表征的Ni-P镀层和Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的膜基结合力表明,复合镀镀态的结合力已经远高于纯Ni-P镀层,并且分散的SiC颗粒有阻止镀层受载发生进一步变形受损的能力。对于Ni-P-PTFE复合镀层,主要通过正交试验设计,得到优化的工艺方案为:PTFE乳液:5ml/L,FC-4:0.4g/L,pH值为6,温度为86℃,间歇搅拌。关键词:化学复合镀层,

3、sgraduallydevelopedcompositecoatingswithspecificfunctions,ElectrolessNickelCompositePlating(ENCP)couldsupplementedbythecompoundcharacteristicsasmaintainingnatureoftheoriginalmetalcoating,attainstrengthenedandmodifiedcoatings;thismakesthefunctionsofcompositecoatingswithconsiderab
4、lefreedom.ThispaperdiscussedtwodifferentElectrolessnickelcompositeplatings:Ni-P-SiCcompositeplatingsandNi-P-PTFEcompositeplatings.SiCparticleswithhighhardnessareembodiedintheNi-Pcoatingsbycompositedeposition.Hardparticledispersionstrengtheninggreatlyenhancesthehardnessandwearres
5、istanceofcompositecoatings.PTFEparticleshavegoodcapabilityofself-lubricatingandaredispersedinthenickel-phosphorusmatix.Whenthesecompoundcoatingsendureabrading,PTFEparticlesexpandthroughitsownlayerrolloutandformalubricatinglayeronthesurfaceofworkpieceafterabradingforawhile.Ithelp
