1、北京交通大学硕士学位论文半导体纳米晶的制备及其性能的研究姓名:唐爱伟申请学位级别:硕士专业:光学指导教师:滕枫20060301北京交通大掌硕士学位论文在标记木瓜蛋白酶前后纳米晶的荧光光谱和吸收光谱的变化情况,结果发现标记木瓜蛋白酶分子后的纳米晶的吸收光谱和荧光光谱均有蓝移现象发生,并且发现标记了木瓜蛋白酶之后的纳米晶的吸收光谱变得更加平坦,证实了核壳结构的纳米晶与木瓜蛋白酶之问发生了结合反应。4、采用Peng等人的方法在有机体系ToP0厂rOP中合成了cdse纳米晶,并将其作为发光层,Alq3作为电子传输层和BCP作为空穴阻挡层制备了多层电致发光器件:Glass/ITO/PED
