4、adiscussionoftheeffectintheenergyefficiencyoutofthestructurechangeandefficiencyimprovementThereasonwhytochoosethetransformationofeconomicgrowthpattern够thetopicofthispaperisbaseduponsuchacceptableestimationorexpectationthattheeconomicgrowthinChinashoulddependontechnologyprogressande
