2、chnologyandtheseriously-destructedecology,etc.Andtheseproblemshavebecomeabottleneckwhichrestrictsourcountry’seconomydevelopment.Therefore,itisimperativetoreconsiderthetraditionaldevelopmentpathofindustrialization.Undersuchsituation,anew-typedevelopmentpathofindustrializationwhichshouldbewithhig

3、htechnologyandhighprofitbutwithlowresourceconsumptionandlittleenvironmentalpollutionaswellasthwithhumanresourcesbeingfullyexertedwasbroughtforwardinthe16nationalcongressofCommunistPartyofChina.Thechoiceofthenew-typeindustrializationwasmadeafterthePartysummarizedtheformerdomesticandinternational

4、experienceandlessonsandtookthefundamentalrealitiesofourcountryintoaccountsoastocomplywiththemainstreamoftechnologicaleconomydevelopmentintheworld.Thenew-typeindustrializationisaninevitablechoiceforourcountrytorealizeakindofharmoniousdevelopmentofallofthethree:economy,societyandenvironmentaswell
