1、万方数据万方数据西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文ZW房地产公司精装修住宅项目材料采购全程管理研究专业：项目管理硕士生：雷静指导教师：卢梅副教授摘要近年来，随着生活水平的改善，人们对房屋的居住要求也在不断地提高，精装修住宅的市场需求日益增强。ZW房地产公司顺应住宅精装修发展的趋势，将精装修住宅项目确定为公司今后的战略发展重点之一。对于精装修住宅项目来说，材料采购是精装修项目中关键的环节。论文从材料的定位选型，材料招投标、采购管理、成本管理等几方面，对材料采购的全过程进行了管理研究。首先，论文进行了国内及西安市各大房地产企业材料选型的对比分析，并对ZW公司精装修产品进行了分析，确定了材
