1、天津医科大学硕士学位论文HB-H-6树脂血浆灌流吸附胆红素实验研究姓名:张春立申请学位级别:硕士专业:普通外科指导教师:杜智20030501HB—H一6树脂血浆灌流吸附胆红素实验研究摘要重度黄疸是临床常见病症,与肝脏有关的黄疸分为两种,即肝细胞性黄疸和梗阻性黄疸。重度黄疸对人体器官、组织和细胞有明显毒性作用,因此清除胆红素是医学研究的重要课题。本研究采用HB.H.6树脂通过血浆灌流吸附胆红素达到治疗重度黄疸的目的。HB.H.6树脂经过酸、碱、水和无水乙醇处理,装罐后用电解质溶液预充;体外实验采用黄疸血浆灌流法;黄疸动物模型采用胆总管.腔静脉搭桥引流法制作,动物实验是
