1、摘要摘要手机和电脑等产品越束越多地应用薄材会属冲压件外壳或接插件。这些零件在清洗阶段有如下特点和难点:(1)零件用料薄、产品形状复杂和成形工艺复杂等因素导致冲压件内应力大、且极不均匀,清洗时应力重新释放分配,很容易使冲压件变形;(2)成形中使用的保护膜和冲压润滑剂等材料新颖、变化多,甚至尚处在尝试阶段,难以有成熟的清洗工艺和参考资料;(3)清洗时传送和存放容易造成应力释放变形,积压和碰撞也易导致变形和表面损伤等。本文主要研究该类零件的清洗技术,主要工作和结论有:在综合效益评价和超声波水洗原理及技术分析的基础上,得出了该类零件以超声波水清沈最佳,确定出了
2、清洗微观机制是空穴爆破为主,污垢解离和超声搅拌为辅,以此为依据确定了超声波频率(28~100kHz)等清洗工艺参数。分析和设计了薄材超声波水洗系统、装置和工艺,结合试验和生产实践,建立了清洗生产线,实现了批量生产。以手机外壳为例,清洗流程是:上料一手动/自动分槽超声波清洗一自来水加温加压喷淋一溢流一自来水喷淋一纯水加压喷淋3组一风刀脱水一烘干4组一下料。详细分析和总结了钛、铝、铜和不锈钢等材料薄件的清洗工艺,得出了不锈钢件清洗防止应力致变形,钛、铝件清洗防止白点和划伤,清洗前后续工序对清洗工艺的影响等工艺关键技术;本文最后还总结了纯水制造工艺设计及设备
