3、y,soitcouldbethetoolsofstrategictradepolicy.Becausethetraditionalmeansofstrategictradepolicyisrestricted,theusesoftraderemedymeasureshavebeendesirabilitytostrategictradepolicy.TherearecommonelementsinWTOsystem’traderemedymeasures:injuryofimport,domesticindustrybeinginjured,andcausalitybetw

4、eeninjuryofimportanddomesticindustrybeinginjured.Thecommonelementsmakeitpossibletochoosedifferentremedymeasures.Comparingtheelementsoftraderemedymeasures,wefindthatonetraderemedymeasure’elementcanincludeanothermeasure’,sothetraderemedymeasureshaveselectivityinWTOsystem.Therearevariousfacto

5、rswhichinfluencethechoiceoftraderemedymeasure.InthispaperIwillanalyzethefollowfourfactors:aim,cost,effectandriskofdifferenttraderemedymeasures.Therearethreemainaimssuchasprotectingdomesticindustry,freetradeandfairtradeinapplyingtraderemedymeasures.Thecosttoapplytraderemedymeasuresincludesd
