2、wmaterialssinteredasmaterialsbecauseofthehighFecontent.Andothersarereusedtothesteelmakingflowbydirectironprocessorsteelmakingprocess.Intheseways,theuseratioishigh,butmanyproblemsareexisted.Forexamples,itreducestheventingqualityofmixedburdenmoreandmorenonferrousmetalsharmforlifeoftheex
3、perimentsandetc.Consequently,itisveryimportanttoexploreawayofutilizingconvertersludgeanddust,inwhichtheuseratioandeconomiceffectivenessarebothimproved.Besidesmuchlessgarbageisproduced.TheconvertersludgeanddustusedintheinvestigationistakenfromaSteelandIronWorksinHubeiprovince.Theyarean
4、alyzedbasicphysicalpropertiesinlabenvironment.Exploreddifferentwaystoseparatetheconvertersludgeanddust’Susefulcompositionsandrecyclethembydifferentmethodsforimprovingtheworthofrecoveryandutilizationoftheconvertsludgeanddust.Throughtheresearchofthesurfaceobservationandthebasicphysicalp
5、ropertyofconvertersludgeanddustsample,ithasmanycharacteristics.Suchasfinegranularity,tightcombination,bigratiosurfacearea.TheresultsofexperimentsarethatthecontentofTFeis45.60%,thecontentofMFeis23.02%,thecontentofFeOis57.10%,thestackdensityis0.828e/mEandthepureproportionis3.62g/cm’.The
6、distributionofgranularityofsampleCanbeillustratedasfollows,+0.074ITlnlaccountsfi)r38.90%,一0.074mm+0.044lnnlaccountsfor10.59%,一0.044mmaccountsfor50.51%.Firstlythedustsareseparatedbyconcentrationtechnology(mostlymagneticseparation)inthisexperiment.AlloftheseparateresultsofLaboratorymagn
