1、基于WindowsCE．NET数控系统实时控制的关键技术摘要论文综述了开放式数控系统当前国内外发展现状，然后分析了目前数控系统体系结构和开发平台的优缺点，提出WindowsCE．NET作为新型数控系统的软件开发平台，并进一步说明了选择该平台的原因和优越性。本文所研究即为CE．NET数控系统实时控制的关键技术。论文阐述WindowsCE．NET操作系统结构、注册表、进程、线程和内存管理，因为这些是研究WindowsCE．NET数控系统的基础。根据新型数控系统的概念模型，详细地介绍新型数控系统的硬件平台、基于WindowsCE．NET的

2、数控系统的软件开发平台。针对数控系统实时性高的特点，从WindowsCE．NET的中断机制更进一步的阐述了数控系统中断实时控制的实现。为了数控系统中实时控制的实现，分析了设备驱动程序的类型之后，采用流接口驱动程序开发定时器卡的驱动程序。针对插补控制的要求，选择了新型数控系统所采用的插补算法和速度控制的方法。最后，着重分析了整个新型系统的软件结构，并提出系统底层实时控制的软件结构和实现底层实时控制中插补模块。关键词：开放式数控系统WindowsCE．NET中断机制驱动程序实时控制插补TheKeyTechnologiesofReal—t
