1、。J‘丽:微生态制荆在异育银鲫养殖中应朋效果的研究三微生态制剂在异育银鲫养殖中应用效果的研究研究生:丁丽导师:章世元副教授周维仁研究员(扬州大学动物科学与技术学院,江苏扬州225009)摘要本试验以异育银鲫鱼种为研究对象,在基础饵料中添加由啤酒酵母菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌组成的复合微生态制剂,探讨复合微生态制剂对异育银鲫生长、营养表观消化率、免疫机能、肠道消化酶活性以及肠道菌群的影响,旨在为菌种之间的合理搭配提供一定的理论依据。试验一微生态制剂对异育银鲫生长和营养物质表观消化率的影响本试验选用720尾
2、异育银鲫,随机分为9组,每组设4个重复,每个重复20尾鱼,投喂由啤酒酵母菌(6.40X109cfu/kg、9.60×109cfu/kg、1.28X1010cfia/kg)、嗜酸乳杆菌(1.60X109cfu/kg、3.20X109cfu/kg、4.80×109cfu/kg)以及枯草芽孢杆菌(3.50×109cfu/kg、1.05×1010cfu/kg、1.75×1010cfu/kg)三种单一益生菌制剂按L9(34)正交设计法配制成9种复合微生态制剂,养殖周期为60d,测定异育银鲫生长和表观消化率等指标。结
