4、odeterminethebelievedegreeoftheseveralmaxima，andthenselectthehigllestbelievedegreeasbackground．Throughlotsofexperiments，includingthelighterandbiggertrafficflowconditions．Theresultsindicatethatthisalgorithmcallgainsatisfactorybackgroundintheseconditions．Thep
