2、，thetheoryandapplicationtechniquesofblindsignalprocessing(BSP)areinvestigateddeeplyandsystematicallyagainstthebackgroundofpassivedetection．BSPhasbecomeahotpotonsignalprocessingfieldinrecentyears．Ithasbeenappliedonaudiosignalprocessing，arraysignalprocessing，rada

3、rsignalprocessing，electronicwarfare(EW)signalprocessing，biomedicalsignalprocessingandcommunication，imageprocessingete．Passivedetectionhasmanyadvantagesofhighconcealmentandbetterperformanceofanti-jamming，ete．Thepositionofpassivedetectiononmodembattlefieldisveryd

4、istinct，whichmakesitgetincreasingattentionandinterest．ConcentratingontheadvancedtaskofBSP,thisdissertationanalyzedthebasictheoryframeofBSPcompletely,whichessentiallyindicatedthattheprincipleofBSPisconsistentwithmanyrequirementsofpassivedetectionalgorithms．Thene

5、wframeandapproachofpassivedetectionbasedonBSPwasestablished．ThisdissertationsystematicallyresearchedonBSPandtheapplicationonpassivedetection．Somesignificativeproductionwasobtained．Theworkofthisdissertationincludestwoparts：ThefirstpartisthebasictheoryofBSEThebas

6、icconceptandmodelofBSPwasstudiedinthisdissertation．Bythebasicprincipleofmultivariatestatistics，anewblindsourceseparation(BSS)criterionseparatelybasedoncanonicalcomponentanalysis(CCA)andgeneralizedvariance(GV)wasproposedinthisdissertation．ThisnewBSSalgorithmbase

7、donsecondstatisticscanacquiretheinformationofreceivingsignalabundantlyandsatisfytheinstantaneousrequirementofpassivedetectionsignalprocessing．TheinnercorrelationofreceivingsignalcanbemeasuredbyGVandtheouterbyCCA．ThisBSSalgorithmcanachievetheseparationofarbitrar
