5、toincreasetheagreedareaamongmultipleconceptualizations．Second，weproposeanActiveMediatorModeforontologybasedresourcestoachieveinteroperabilityThekeycomponentofthismodeisthesemanticresolutionabilitywhichsupportedbyintelligentinformationprocessingmethodsandalgo

6、rithms．ThiseffcctofmoderequirestheCO·effortofinformationprovideLmediatorandinformationrequester，SOitisalsocalledcloselycoupledmode．Third，weproposeaLooselyCoupledmodeforwebbasedinformationinteroperation．ThismodeisfeaturedbythecomponentsofXMLSchema,awebdocumen
