4、enylationisdonefortheCu-InmultilayerdepositedonglaSssubstrateviavacuumevaporationprocess,ZnSthinfilmispreparedbyChemicalBathDeposition(CBD),usedZnS04·7H20andCS(NH2)2aSrawmaterialandNH3·H20鹄complexingagent.SEM,XRD,FourPointproberesistanceinstrumentandspectrophotometerareusetodeterminet
5、heperformanceofthesethinfilms.TheresistivityofCISthinfilmsrangedfrom3.68X10‘4Q·cmto1.89f】·cm,whentheproportionofCu、In、Seisat1:1:2,itsresistivityisaboutQ·cmmagnitude.TheresistivityofZnSthinfilmsislargerthanlkQ·cm,thismeetthedemondofmanufacturingsolarcell.TheXRDanalysisshow:singlephaSeC
6、ISpolycrystallinethinfilmscouldbepreparedifthecompositionisaboutstoichiometricratio,ZnSthinfilmshadastructureofarmphousormicrocrystalline.SEMmorphologyobservationshowed:themorphologyofCISthinfilmsisdifferent嬲thecompositionchanged,themorphologyofZnSthinfilmshadashapeofball,anditsgrains
