2、se,andscientificresearch.Itisdifficulttofindafieldwhichisnotconnectedwiththelasertechnology.However,somepropertiesoflaserbeamslimititsfurtherapplication.Forexample,itsintensitydistributionisGaussianprofile,notuniformone.Andpropagationpathishyperbolicline,nots

3、traightline.Inordertoextendtheapplicationfieldandimproveapplicationleveloflasertechnology,itisverynecessarytoshapelaserbeamsformeetingthedemandsofdifferentoccasions.Diffractiveopticalelementshavemanyadvantages,suchassmallsize,lightweight,replicatingeasily,low

4、cost,highdiffractionefficiency,manydesignvariables,widerangeofoptionalmaterials,peculiarchromaticdispersionperformances,andSOon.Thereforetheycanimplementsomenewfunctions,forexamplemicrominiatrue,array,integrationandarbitrarywavetransformation,whicharedifficul

5、tfortraditionalopticalelementstorealize.Diffractiveopticalelementshavewideapplicationprospectinlaserbeamshaping.Designmethodsofdiffractiveopticalelementsforbeamshapingareinvestigatedinthisdissertation,whichmainlyincludetheimprovementofalgorithmsbasedonscalarm

6、odel,thedesignofsub-wavelengthdiffractiveopticalelementsbasedonvectormodel,andthedesignoflensaxiconforsimulatingtheaxiconperformanceanddiffractiveopticalelementsforach!evinglongdepthoffocusandsmallspotbyZEMAX.Themainworkscontainedinthisdissertationareasfollow

7、s:1.TheGSGAhybridalgorithm,theprofile—smoothingalgorithm,andfuzzycontroliterativealgorithmareproposedfordesigningdiffractiveopticalelementsforlaserbeamshapinginthescalardomain.Computer-designedresultsshowthevalidityofthosealgorithms.Especiallyfuzzycontroliter
