2、SuppoSedbytheNationalNatureScienceFoundationofChina，thepapermainlystudiedonthedesignofcriticalsubsystemsofanewtypeofeddycurrenttestingexperimentalsystemandresearchedontheforwardproblemsofeddycurrenttesting．Themainresearchworkincludes：(1)Thedevelopmenttechniquesofseveralcritica

3、lsubsystemsoftheeddycurrenttestingexperimentalsystemwereilluminated．ApowersourcewhoserippleislimitedinlmVwasdesigned．Abalancecircuitofprobeswasusedtotakefulladvantageoftheamplifier．Differentmethodsofprogramcontrolledamplifierwerecomparedandexperimentalresultsshowthatthemethodb

4、asedonOPandmulti-channelchipsisthebestoneandthusithasbeenadoptedinthecircuit．ThephasesensitivedetectionWasdesigned、析thsmallerrors．Auto-zerocircuitwasusedtotakefulladvantageofADC．Andthesoftwareofmicrocontrollerwasdesignedtoimprovethedegreeofautomationofthesystem．(2)Theuppercomp

5、utersoftwareoftheeddycurrenttestingexperimentalsystemwasdevelopedbasedontheLabViewplatform．Signalcollection，displayandstoragemodulesweredeveloped，inwhichapaneldisplaysfourparameters．Themedianfilterwasusedtoeliminatethehighfrequencyinterference．DatacanbetransformedintoTXTfilesf

6、orthesakeofsharing．ThedigitalphasesensitivedetectionWasusedtosimplifythehardware．WhenSCanspeedislow,theprecisionofthedigitalphasesensitivedetectionis11igh．Theprotocolofserialcommunicationwasdesignedandhasbeenverifiedbyexperiments．(3)ThenecessityofintroducingGMRsensorstoeddycur

7、renttestinginconductivemulti-layeredstructureswasanalyzed．AprobewiththreeGMRsensorshasbeendesigned．TheoutputofcoilsensorsandGMRsensorswerecomparedbyexperiments．TheresultshowsthatthesensitivityofcoilsensorshasrelationshipwiththeincentivefrequencywhileGMRsensorsareincontrast．(4)
