1、上海交通大学硕士学位论文新型地铁转向架构架结构分析与测试姓名:沈豪申请学位级别:硕士专业:机械工程指导教师:郭常宁;浦汉亮20080601上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文摘要计算,在确定每一部位上不同截面的面积及断面惯性矩后,通过第四强度理论公式计算各断面内的应力并进行评定。随后建立了新设计构架的有限元分析模型,对构架的静强度和疲劳强度进行分析。依据UIC615-4规范、古德曼(Goodman)曲线和屈服极限σs分别进行了运用静载荷、疲劳载荷及超常静载荷工况强度计算及评定。计算结果表明,新设计构架满足UIC615-4规范对构架强度的要求,构架各部位满足疲劳强度要求
2、。最后以UIC615-4标准为基础并考虑上海地铁车辆转向架实际运行工况经验拟定试验程序,施加在线试验所测得的载荷进行关键部位的强度试验,通过磁粉和超声波探伤检查后没有发现裂纹产生。研究及试验结果显示:新型转向架构架的强度试验结果与有限元分析结论吻合,满足上海地铁现有的运营条件和要求。关键词:转向架构架,在线测试,结构分析,强度计算,疲劳试验V上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文摘要THESTRUCTUREANALYSISANDTESTOFTHENEWMETROBOGIEFRAMEABSTRACTThebogiewhichhasimportantinfluencefor
