3、coveryandintelligentdecision.Thispaperisconcentratingonstudyingofthefirstlevel.Datamanagementisthedevelopment,executionandsupervisionofplans,policies,programsandpracticesthatcontrol,protect,deliverandenhancethevalueofdataandinformationassets.ThispaperrunsinmaintrackofDUSElo
4、gicdatamodelwhichextractsthecommonfeaturessuchasmulti—dimensionedcharacter,spatialcharacter,temporalcharacter,andengineeringcharactertoorganizedatabase,anditsystematicallyexploredthekeytechnologiesofdatamanagementforDUSE,whichbelongstonarrowlydefineddatamanagement.Themainco
