2、theexistingrailwaytrack,thetraincanrunningatabout30%highel"speedcomparetothenormalpassengertrains.TIlissolutiononlyneedslightlyupgradethetrackequipment.itisaneffectiveandeconomicwaytoinereasethespeedofrailwaypassengertransportation.SomeofthedevelopedEuropecountrieswhichpossessa
3、dvancedhighspeedtraintechnology,havealsoextensiveappliedtiltingtrainingtechnologyontheexistingrailwaylinestospeeduptheirpassengertransportation,likeGermany,Sweden,Switzerland,Britain,SpainandSOon.Therearemorethan70.000kilometeroperationrouteintotalofChinarailwaylines,majorityof
4、themaremorecurvelines.Ifapplytiltingtraintechnologyonthemain1ines,thetrainspeedCanreacharound200km/h,onthebranchlines,thetrainspeedCallreachtol20~160km/h.TbisisaneconomicandeffectiveWaytoincreasetrainspeedinunderdevelopedareas.Butinthedevelopedeasternarea,canbuilddedicatedpasse
5、ngerlinesandusehighspeedtraintechnologies.1nl997.ChinaRailwayMinistrystartedtoinitiateaprojecttodevelopTiltingDMU.UptoMay2004,thefirstChinal60km/hTiltingDMUbuiltbyTangshanrailwayvehicleCo.LimitedhasbeentestedonthelooptestlineofChinaNationalRailwayExperimentCenter,meansthatChina
6、hasheldthetiltingtraintechnologybasically.ThiSthesisthroughresearchoftwokeytechnologyoftiltingtrainonthebasisoffirstChina160km/hTiltingDMUtoimprovetiltingtrainbogiestructureandrunning,tiltingbehavior.Theresearchcontentincludingtheradialsteeringbogiestructure’Soptimizationdesign
