3、eremixedandcultivatedtobuildmultiplemicroorganisms,28kindsofbacteriawereobtained,andthebestwasnamedDXFH—1.TheoptimalcultivatingcondkionforMBFproductionWaslistedasfollowing:1.5mlMBF,pH7.0,300C,and160rpm.Underthissituation,theflocculatingactivitycouldr
4、each90.2%.DyeingwastewaterwastreatedbyMBFproducedbyDXFH一1.TheorthogonalexperimentsshowedthattheoptimalconditionofCODcrandchromaticityremovalefficiencywasthat:2.OmlMBF/50mlfermentationmedium,5.5mll%CaCl2,pH10.0andsettledfor30minutes.Underthissituation
