1、基于变速箱再制造的拆卸工艺及疲劳寿命分析摘要废旧机电产品的再制造是循环经济的主要组成部分。机电产品再制造过程不同于维修,再制造是规模化的生产模式。拆卸是再制造的第一步,会影响到再制造的各个方面,因此拆卸工艺的好坏直接影响到产品再制造的程度。木论文以废旧汽车变速箱作为再制造产品研究对象,在分析再制造产品信息的特点基础上,对变速箱的拆卸过程及其关键零部件的检测模式进行研究,并根据再制造工艺过程将再制造产品拆卸信息进行分类管理。并以变速箱的输入轴零部件为对象进行再制造拆卸分析,得到面向再制造拆卸特性的优化设计模式。最后以变速箱输出轴零部件为研究对象,对其疲劳寿命进行分
2、析:在简化的输出轴Pro/E几何模型基础上,通过前处理软件Hypermesh对几何模型进行六面体网格划分等,建立了输出轴的有限元模型;然后再ANSYS中进行静力分析和疲劳寿命分析。论文课题的选题紧紧结合国家在“十一五”规划提出的循环经济及绿色再制造的战略主题,在理论上对再制造工程技术的发展起到了完善补充的作用,同时也将为再制造企业的拆卸工艺方案的确定及产品设计提供了可行的思路和根据。关键词:变速箱拆卸工艺再制造设计疲劳寿命分析DisassemblyProcessandFatigueLifeAnalysisBasedontheGearboxRemanufactur
