4、lativetheoryaboutGeometricInformationSystem,introducesapracticalconstructionprocessofthedigitalmapinit,andgivesthedevelopmentofourGISsystemasanexample.Then,weintroducedtheprincipalandapplicationofGPSandgiveoutamethodoftransformingGPScoordinatetoGIScoordinate.Wedescribetheexperimentres

5、ultandthenproposedanadvancedtransformingmethodusedinoursystem.Then,weintroducedarealtimeanalysissystembasedonGPStechnologyandtheGISsystemwehavepreviouslydesigned.Itconsistsmainlyofthreeparts:coordinatestransformation,mapmatchinganddatafitting.Throughthisprocess,wegetthevelocitydistrib
