3、concentrationsofpropofol(1n=6,3,10,30mol/l,4subgroups,eachgroup)accordingtopropofolconcentration.Thecontrolgroupcontainednopropofolintheperfusate.Theperfusatewascollectedat10min,andtheconcentrationsofglutamateandGABAweredeterminedbyreversed-phasehigh-performanceli
4、quidchromatography.Resultsafterlocalinfusionofpropofol1mol/l10min,therewasnosignificantdifferencebetweentheglutamicacidcontentintheperfusateatdifferenttimepointsandthebasicvalue(p>0.05).Afterlocalinfusionof3mol/lofpropofol,theglutamicacidcontentintheperfusatedropp
5、edto60%ofthebasalvalueattenth,twentiethmin(p<0.05),thengraduallyrecoveredtothebasalvaluelevel.Afterthelocalinfusionofpropofol10mol/l10minintheprefrontalcortex,theglutamatecontentintheperfusatewassignificantlylowerthanthebasalvalueattenthminto30min(p<0.01or<0.05).A
