1、摘要本次设计的主要内容为:设计一种电弧炉炼钢用的水平式振动输送废钢预热系统,该系统由电弧炉、预热通道、预热通道后端的加料仓、振动输送机,输送槽、工字钢支撑结构等组成。电弧炉在炼钢时产生高温烟气,进入预热通道内,与废钢铁料相向逆流直接进行热交换,在预热通道外面覆盖一层保温绝热层,可阻止烟气热量的大量流失,因此,可大大提高废钢预热的温度。连续加料和向电弧炉送料,可实现电弧炉的全熔池操作。因此,具有结构简单,占地面积少,投资少,废钢预热温度高,热效率高,操作方便等特点,为电弧炉炼钢与改造提供了一种新型的预热系统。本设计的主要特点是:方案设计中提出多种方案,从可靠性、可实现
