1、--摘要农村合作经济组织是在家庭联产承包责任制的基础上的创新。农村合作经济组织是在农民自愿的前提下联合起来形成合作社，合作社与有关组织、企业联合从事经济活动的一中经济组织。农村合作经济组织的特征是平等、自愿、民主、互惠，本着利益共沾、风险公担的原则。我国的农村合作经济组织还处于探寻期，遇到一系列问题很正常，关键是找出解决的办法。当前，无论是合作社群众、干部的思想意识，还是农村合作经济的法律法规建设都不如人意，存在着大量的问题等待解决。对群众和干部进行相关教育，弥补合作精神缺失的现状，国家政策上向农村合作组织经济倾斜都显得很是必要。我国是农业大国，三农问题一直都是国家重点建设的焦点
