6、illdeliverenoughbandwidth,reliablyandatalowenoughcost,tomeettheconsumerdemandsofthenextdecade[1].RapiddevelopmentofbandwidthinFTTHconsumingapplicationshaspushedtheexistingnetworkinfrastructuretothelimitparticularlyintheaccesslayer[l].PassiveOpticalNetworks(PON)
