1、如何有效组织课堂活动以提高教学实效英语是一门语言实践课,其需要达到的语言技能是要靠学生个人的积极参与和反复实践才能达到熟练的境界。英语老师要打破传统的课堂教学模式,不把学生当成接受知识的“容器”,而把学生看成能动的主体,促进学生在整个教学过程中主动参与、全员参与,最大限度地发挥学生的自主性、能动性和创造性,所以作为老师,我们必须有效组织课堂活动以提高教学实效。如何有效地组织课堂活动呢?从课堂教学实际情况来看,我想我们首先应该从课堂教学心理方面开始。课堂教学心理可以分为可三类,即积极型、消极型和一般型。积极的课堂心理的基本特征是课堂情境符合学生求知欲和心理特点,师生之间、同学之间关系正常和谐,学
2、生产生满意、愉快、羡慕、互谅、互助等积极的态度和体验。而消极的课堂心理的基本特征是主课堂情境不能满足学生的学习需要,脱离了学生的心理特点,师生关系不融洽,学生之间不友好,学生产生了不满意、烦闷、厌恶、恐惧、紧张、焦虑等消极的态度和体验。而教学中大量的课堂心理属于一般型,它介于积极和消极型之间,即课堂教学能正常进行,教学效果一般。那我们该怎么样去创设一个理想的课堂心理气氛从里实现有效地组织课堂活动以提高教学实效呢?下面我从Unit22Lesson3NaturalDisasters这节课堂设计和实施环节来展示一下。I.TeachingAims1.Topractisereadingstrategie
