1、HMX的合成与应用研究现状王波(中北大学化工与环境学院太原030051)摘要:HMX是当前使用的军用炸药中能量较高、爆轰性能和热安全性能兼优的高能炸药。本文对传统的醋酐法生产HMX的生产工艺进行了阐述。以高聚物为粘结剂制造的含HMX的塑料粘结炸药(PBX),压制成型后具有能量高、感度低的优点,在工业中的应用日益广泛。由于炸药属于危险品,常用的铆接、焊接、螺栓连接等方式都不适宜于炸药药柱的成型粘接。应用胶接工艺粘接的PBX炸药药柱,其重量轻,应力分布均匀,工艺温度低,效率高,可以制作各种形状的PBX药柱,可满足不同领域对炸药成型的质量要求,这对进一步拓
2、宽PBX的应用领域,具有重要意义。由于粘接的质量与药柱粘接面的胶粘剂的性能有关,本文研究了蒸馏水和甲酰胺对药柱表面的润湿作用,并以此为基础计算了HMX塑料粘结炸药药柱的表面能。几种结构胶粘剂对药柱的粘接试验证明,结构胶粘剂对药柱表面都有一定的粘接强度,胶粘剂的种类、厚度对药柱的爆速有一定的影响。【关键字】:HMX醋酐法粘结剂PBX中图分类号:H55文献标识码:A文章编号:1005-291X(2012)-0000-01TheHMXSynthesisandApplicationofResearchWangbo(ChemicalandEnvironment
