1、农村社区管理中存在的问题及策略——以青海省互助土族自治县为例摘要我国农村社区管理的最终目标是建设文明、和谐的农村社区，统筹城乡全面发展，推进农村社区民主、和谐，在我国政治经济全面发展的新时期，健全和完善农村社区管理制度具有跨时代意义。青海省互助土族自治县农村社区建设起步晚，农村社区管理尚处于实践探索阶段，农村社区管理还存在不少问题，社区管理中居民参率低、居民决策权利缺失、社区管理观念落后、民主制度不健全，这些问题严重制约了我县农村社区的发展。文章立足于我县的政治经济发展，运用政治理论、管理理论、公共事业理论，法律法规，比较全面地
