1、摘要一个企业在经营过程中，不论是研究发展战略，还是研究人力资源管理，或者研究企业的核心竞争力等，都必须以企业的现场管理为基础。而现场管理有两项主要的功能：那就是“维持”与“改进”，维持是使每一位作业人员都能依照现有的技术、管理、作业程序及作业标准来完成工作;而“改进”则是以改进现有的技术、管理、作业标准为目标的活动。也就是说，现场管理的重点就是“维持标准”和“改进标准”，其中“维持”包括了“培训”与“执行”，而“改进”则包含了“改善”与“创新”。然而,要很好地完成这两项功能，必须深入做到生产现场6S管理。6S管理中有许多科学的管理理念、方式、方
2、法，比如通过红牌作战、定点摄影，能产生一种无形的压力，即使不罚款也能激励大家把工作做好。还有形迹管理等方法，能够在二三秒钟内一目了然地判断工具柜等处物品是多是少。6S管理中的“三要素”（场所、方法、标识）、“三定原则”（定点、定物、定量）、目视管理等更是现场规范管理、降低成本、提高效率、减少工作差错的基础。管理者与一线员工通过简单易懂的6S管理就能在几个月内掌握许多能在质量、效率、士气、安全、成本方面取得良好效果的方法，提升自己的现场管理、改善能力，从而为企业今后导入精益生产（JIT）、全面生产管理（TPM）等打下坚实的基础。关键词： 生产现场
