1、临沂大学乒乓球专项学生裁判工作能力分析与研究摘要本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等,对我院乒乓球专项学生裁判工作能力的现状进行了调查研究,结果表明:部分乒乓球专项学生裁判员对理论知识掌握还不够熟练,裁判控制能力相对较弱,组织比赛,参加裁判实践的机会少,就此上述问题提出改善与提高的措施:充分利用动机的作用;加大裁判相关理论知识学习提高乒乓球专项学生在执裁中控制内心情绪的能力;改变当前裁判课教学方式,将理论与实践紧密结合;增加裁判实践锻炼机会。关键词:临沂大学;乒乓球专项学生;裁判能力11ABSTRACTThispaperusingliterature,ques
