2、工具之一。本文在阐述农村公共投资绩效审计必要性的理论基础上，分析了目前我国农村公共投资绩效审计实际存在的农村公共投资绩效审计法律法规不完善、农村公共投资绩效审计评价标准不全面、农村公共投资绩效审计模式和方法缺乏灵活多样、审计人员素质无法满足农村审计工作的要求的问题。针对上述问题，为提高农村公共投资绩效审计质量，提出了完善农村公共投资绩效审计相关法律法规、完善农村公共投资绩效审计的评价指标、采用科学适用且灵活多样的审计方法及模式等相应的措施。关键词：农村公共投资；绩效审计；农民增收III会计学专业2011届本科毕业设计（论文）Abstract：Buildinganewsociali

5、publicinvestmentperformanceauditing,thearticlealsoanalyzesomeproblemswhichoccurinthedevelopingprocess.Thereare4problems:firstly,thelawprinciplesofruralpublicinvestmentperformanceauditingarenotstrong.Secondly,ruralpublicinvestmentperformanceauditinglacksofscientificevalutingstandards.Thethirda
