2、导干部的经济责任审计，来监督国家的惠民惠农政策是否落实到位。本文在阐述开展对乡镇领导干部经济责任审计必要性的基础上，分析了目前我国乡镇领导干部经济责任审计存在的主要问题：绩效审计开展范围过窄、乡镇领导干部经济责任评价指标体系不完善、任期经济责任难以界定、审计人员素质不高，审计力量不足。针对上述问题，为提高乡镇领导干部经济责任审计的质量，本文提出扩大绩效审计开展的范围、建立乡镇领导干部经济责任审计评价指标体系、认真贯彻“先审后离”的原则、提高审计人员素质，加大审计力量等措施。关键词：经济责任审计；乡镇领导干部；评价指标体系；乡镇
