4、B8-70包装设计摘要:以电饭煲的形状与特性为出发点,选择蜂窝纸板和瓦楞纸箱来进行包装设计,即结构设计、尺寸设计、缓冲垫和防振设计。关键词:电饭煲;缓冲;包装;设计引言冲击和振动是包装件在流通过程中受到的两种主要负荷,为实现包装减损,包装结构必须有合理的缓冲能力,缓冲包装的目的是在运输,装卸过程中当发生振动,冲击等外力作用时,保护被包装产品的性能和形态。家用电器的缓冲包装材料多采用泡沫塑料。泡沫塑料回收困难,对环境污染较大。在欧、美、日等发达国家和地区已经开始研究并运用新的材料替代泡沫塑料,并对进口产品的包装进行严格的限制。从绿色、节能、环保等角度出发,蜂窝纸板是一种很好的新型包装材料。瓦楞
5、纸箱是一种应用最广的包装制品,既可以用作运输包装,又可以当销售包装使用。它有质量轻、价格低、对商品保护功能全等特点与优势。这里选用瓦楞纸箱作为外包装。1产品分析和定位1.1产品名称:苏泊尔CFXB50YB8-701.2产品简介:苏泊尔CFXB50YB8-70采用远红外陶晶内胆,电饭煲表面硬质氧化处理,坚固耐磨;可拆洗内盖,清洗更方便;煮饭、保温自动切换,使用方便。1.3产品规格:高245mm、直径250mm,质量为2.5kg,底面积为490.62cm2。1.4产品包装要求:运输包装能承受多次装卸、跌落、各种运输方式、起吊、堆码等外力作用而无损坏。应保证在整个流通过程中具有防水、防潮、防盗、防
6、晒等保护功能,确保产品完好无损。包装在达到各种标准的基础上,要尽可能的减少包装成本。2运输包装流通环境分析产品的实际流通过程如图2。商店包成铁铁装铲车,电瓶车品卡车堆4层路货车堆6层路卡车混放货商车水泥路0.5km仓石子路6km货60-400km终柏油路15km栈店间库场点商店图2运输流通环境可能造成包装及产品损坏的因素:1.装卸搬运环节:本产品的流程较长,中转环节较多,装卸搬运次数也较多。在装卸作业中,以人工装卸为主、机械装卸为辅。因此,在此过程中,抛掷、堆垛倒塌、起吊脱落、装载机械的突然起动和过急的升降都会对商品包装件造成跌落冲击损害。2.运输环节:在产品流通过程中,长途运输用汽车、火车
7、、船舶和飞机;短途运输用电瓶推车、铲(叉)车、手推车等。在此过程中,运输工具的启动、变速、转向、刹车使货物改变速度,当货物堆垛松散时,它与车厢,与相邻货物发生碰撞,导致货物或包装容器的冲击损坏;运输工具受路面状况、发动机振动、车辆避震性能等因素的影响,产生周期性上下颠簸和左右摇晃,导致产品的损坏;当货物包装件结构不当、材料薄弱、封闭不严,在运输过程中经历不同气候区域,受到寒冷、炎热、干燥、潮湿、风雨等气候的影
