1、毕业设计（论文）题目基于生命周期的中小企业融资问题研究姓名学号所在学院专业班级08财务管理指导教师日期二0一二年五月十日摘要企业的成长如同生物体一样，有它的生命周期。一个企业生命周期包括如下四个阶段；初创期，成长期，成熟期，衰退期。这其中得到的每一个阶段都有可能出现危机。企业一旦遭遇危机若处理不当，就容易造成工作效率下降、绩效滑坡甚至危及企业存亡。由于每一个阶段危机产生的原因及其性质都不同，因而在处理过程中也要制定相应的应变策略。本文旨在探讨企业生命周期的中小企业的融资特点，指出中小企业在企业生命周期不同阶段融资难度差异情

2、况，并对中小企业发展中融资的关键时期及核心问题做出分析，重点分析中小企业的融资困境及解决方法。中小企业在不同发展阶段，信息不完全和信息不对称程度是不同的。本文从中小企业不同成长阶段在融资能力差异出发，分析中小企业与银行之间不同的信息结构、融资关系与资金供给状况。在此基础上，提出解决中小企业融资问题的若干设想和建议。从而更好地发挥中小企业在社会经济发展中的作用。【关键词】中小企业；企业生命周期；融资AbstractIIIIIIThegrowthofenterprisesthesameliketheorganism,hasit
